Thank you for shopping with HairLumé. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • West Malaysia — Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) — Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
  • International — Delivery times vary by destination; typically 7–14 business day.

    Free shipping is only applicable for West Malaysia.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier's website.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
